Built inside a contracting company — not in a meeting
Ribhia is a product of RWAD, from the Sultanate of Oman. It did not start as an idea on paper: we sat with an Omani contracting company, on their real data, worked through every question they could not answer quickly, and built the screen that answers it.
What we hold ourselves to
Numbers must be right — not flattering
Any figure in Ribhia can be opened down to its source: an invoice, a day sheet, an equipment hour. And where data is missing the system says it is missing, instead of guessing and producing a number that looks complete.
Arabic, because the work is in Arabic
Screens, reports and printed documents run right-to-left with Arabic field names. That is not "Arabic support" bolted on at the end — it is the language the system was built in.
Omani rules inside the calculation
Omani/expatriate classification, social protection contributions, end-of-service, wage protection and VAT — computed inside the system, not in a spreadsheet beside it.
Every decision carries a name
Approval in Ribhia is sealed electronically with the approver’s name, the timestamp and a fingerprint of the figures they signed off. If the figures change afterwards, that shows.
Why "Ribhia"
Because in contracting the question is not "what did we spend" — spending is known. The question is "what did we make, and exactly where from". The name (Arabic for profitability) is what the whole system is built around.
Shall we talk?
Half an hour is enough to know whether this system serves you — and if it does not, we will say so.
