1 · The service

Ribhia is a browser-based software service providing project cost and profitability management and the modules that follow from it, according to the agreed package. The modules open for your company are set by the subscription and change on upgrade or downgrade.

2 · Accounts and access

• Accounts are opened for your company by agreement; there is no open public self-registration, by security decision.
• You are responsible for keeping your users’ credentials confidential and for the permissions you grant each of them.
• Every action taken from an account is recorded against its owner in the activity log.

3 · Subscription and payment

• The subscription is monthly or annual per package and renews automatically until you stop it.
• Published prices are in Omani Rial and exclude value added tax.
• An upgrade takes effect immediately; a downgrade takes effect from the next cycle.
• Late payment, after reasonable notice, suspends access — but does not delete your data.

4 · Trial period

A trial instance is prepared for a specific company for an agreed period. During it the service is free of charge, and either party may end the trial at any time. Data entered during the trial moves into the subscription if you continue.

5 · Your company data

• Your data is yours. The subscription gives us no right to it beyond running the service for you.
• We do not use it to train AI models, and we do not share it with third parties other than the operating providers listed in our privacy policy.
• You may export it at any time, and before any suspension.
• You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you enter — particularly employee data.

6 · Acceptable use

Not permitted: reselling or leasing the service to a third party without written agreement; attempting to reach another customer’s data; reverse engineering or copying the system; and any use contrary to the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.

7 · Availability and support

• We work to keep the service continuously available, and planned maintenance is announced in advance.
• Support is Arabic-first, during working days and hours, at the agreed support level.
• Updates are delivered to the system automatically at no extra charge.

8 · Limitation of liability

Ribhia calculates and organises — the decision remains yours. Our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid over the last 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect loss or lost profit. This does not exclude liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Specifically: the figures the system produces depend on the data you enter. It is your responsibility to verify your inputs — the system helps with a readiness screen that lists what is missing, but it cannot know that a correctly formatted number is the wrong number.

9 · Termination

You may stop your subscription with notice before the end of the cycle. After stopping, you receive a full export of your data, and our copy is removed within a reasonable period.

10 · Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms; any material change is emailed to you before it takes effect, and continued use afterwards constitutes acceptance.

11 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and the courts of Muscat have jurisdiction.
