Know each project's profit while you are still building it
Ribhia brings purchases, labour day sheets, equipment hours, payroll and progress certificates into one place, and attaches every riyal to its project the moment it is recorded. The result: cost and profit per project update with every entry — not two months after handover.

The questions nobody can answer quickly
These are not hypothetical. They come up in every contracting company, and the answers sit scattered across spreadsheets, notebooks and one person's memory.
"The project is finished — what did we make?"
The answer takes a week of collecting from separate files, and by the time it arrives it is too late to act on.
"Who pays for that excavator?"
Operating hours live in a logbook and the rent sits in general overheads. So project cost is short and profit looks better than it is.
"Was the certificate submitted? Collected?"
Money owed, retention held, a bank guarantee about to expire — all of it in one person's head and a sheet on their desk.
"Is this salary right?"
Allowances on paper, absences in the biometric device, advances in a ledger, and the arithmetic done on a calculator every month.
"Who approved this?"
Money went out on a decision, and nobody recalls who signed off, when, or on which version of the figures.
"Do we have cash next month?"
Payroll, suppliers and cheques are all known — but nothing puts them on one timeline.
How Ribhia answers them
Not a dashboard on top of the same mess. One rule: every riyal must be attached to a project from the moment it is recorded.
Every project is a cost centre
Purchases, labour, equipment, expenses and payroll are each recorded against their project. No "general cost" guessed and spread at year end.
The numbers are live
The profitability screen reads the same data you enter. Record an invoice now and profit changes now — no monthly consolidation, no recalculation run.
Approval with an electronic seal
Every document type has an approval chain: who signs, up to which amount, in which order. Approved output is sealed with the name, the timestamp and a fingerprint of the figures signed off.
Omani rules inside, not alongside
Omani/expatriate classification, social protection contributions, the WPS bank file, VAT and end-of-service — computed in the system, not in a side spreadsheet.
Arabic by design
Screens, reports and printed documents all run right-to-left with Arabic field names. Not an English product flipped at the end.
Only what you need
46 modules in the system. You take the package that fits, and the rest stays closed — enforced in the database, not merely hidden from the screen.
Module groups
Core modules come with every package. The rest you open when you need them.
How we start with you
The hard part of any system is not the screens — it is the first data. These are the four steps the system itself walks you through.
We scope your work
Your projects, your people, and how you cost work today. That decides the package and the modules.
We load your data
Import templates per table, in an enforced order: what depends on something else cannot go in first. Every batch gets a report — accepted, rejected, why.
The readiness screen
The system counts what is missing by itself — an employee with no salary components, a project with no contract value, equipment with no hourly rate — and keeps counting until blockers reach zero.
You run
Daily entry starts on day one, and the numbers come out of the first entry. Training covers only the screens you opened.
Want to see it on your own data?
We set up a trial and you enter one real project with its real figures. If the numbers come out right, we carry on.
