What is inside each package
Packages differ by which modules are open. The core set — projects, settings, users, reporting, activity log and notifications — comes with all of them.
If your question is "is this project making money?"
Projects and cost centres, labour, purchases, project expenses and cash. Enough when your accounting sits elsewhere and you only need cost and profit.
If you want the accounting inside
Everything above plus the general ledger, journals, vouchers, VAT, cheques, financial statements, period close and fixed assets. No second accounting system.
If payroll is the painful part
Everything above plus employee records, payroll, end-of-service, wage protection and the employee portal. Salary flows into project cost by itself.
Frequently asked
Is there a setup fee?
No. The first import of your data is included. What is charged separately is work outside the system — a new bank file template, or a report shaped to your own format.
Does the price rise with more users?
No. The price is per company. Add the people you need; each gets their own permissions.
Can I start small and grow?
Yes. An upgrade opens the extra modules on your existing data immediately — no migration and no second system.
What happens to my data if I stop?
Your data is yours. You receive a full export before the account is stopped, and our copy is removed afterwards.
Is it hosted by you or by us?
By us by default, and you use it from the browser. If your policy requires your own server, that is possible under a separate arrangement.
Is there a trial?
Yes — we set up an instance with your data on one project. If the numbers come out right, we carry on.
